About the District
The Aspen Village Metropolitan District provides numerous municipal services to the Aspen Village Subdivision including a potable water supply and distribution, sanitary sewer collection and treatment system, roads and street maintenance and improvements, storm drainage, park areas, clubhouse and swimming pool, traffic and parking control, signage and street lights, irrigation of open spaces and landscaped community areas and storage lot. All maintenance services provided to the District are currently provided on a contract basis; the District employs no staff.
